FundedStartupsDaily provides a daily-updated database of publicly announced startup funding rounds, including company names, funding amounts, stages, founder information, industry classifications, and analytical commentary ("outreach angles"). Data is sourced from public announcements, press releases, and news articles, then curated and enriched. Access to browse the Service is free. Certain features, such as bulk CSV export, are available for purchase.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree NOT to:
Copyright. The Service, its source code, layout, design, and all original written content - including but not limited to the analytical "outreach angles," founder profiles, and editorial commentary - are protected by copyright as original creative works under the Berne Convention. EU Database Rights. The entire compilation of funding round data on this Service constitutes a database within the meaning of Directive 96/9/EC of the European Parliament (the "Database Directive"). Techstone is the maker of this database and holds sui generis database rights over it. Extraction and/or re-utilization of the whole or a substantial part of the contents - evaluated qualitatively or quantitatively - is prohibited without our express written permission. This protection is enforceable across the European Union independent of any Terms acceptance.
License granted to you. Purchase of a CSV export or use of the free browsing tier grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for your internal business purposes only.
All data displayed on the Service, including but not limited to company records, founder information, funding amounts, industry classifications, growth signals, and outreach angles, remains our intellectual property or that of our data partners.
You may NOT, without our express written permission:
Paid CSV exports are one-time purchases processed via Stripe. Prices are shown net of applicable VAT; VAT will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address as required by law.
Because CSV exports are delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@fundedstartupsdaily.com within 7 days of purchase.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the data on the Service, but we do not warrant that the data is complete, current, or error-free. Funding announcements, founder identities, and other details are compiled from public sources and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making business, investment, or other decisions based on it.
The Service may include links to third-party websites, including original funding announcements, company websites, and founder LinkedIn profiles. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party sites.
The Service, including its design, source code, database structure, curation methodology, and all analytical content (including outreach angles), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved unless expressly granted in these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
